How we work
From first message to a workable office job plan
A transparent sequence so you know what happens before you invest in a session.
Employment consulting for administrative roles works best when both sides prepare. This page outlines how Tech Applications runs engagements — whether you book a single career consultation or a short series.
-
Send a brief overview
Write to us with the office titles you are considering, your region in Germany, language comfort in German and English, and any deadlines (interviews already booked, notice periods, or relocation timing). Attach a current CV if you have one.
-
We confirm fit and fee
If your goals sit outside administrative and office work, we say so early. Otherwise we recommend a consultation type, confirm the fee in writing, and propose two or three appointment slots.
-
Prepare a short brief together
Before the session you receive a one-page prompt covering target vacancies, constraints, and questions you want answered. Completing it keeps the meeting focused on decisions rather than introductions.
-
Meet for the working session
We meet by video or, when arranged, near our office in Erlenbach bei Kandel. You leave with prioritised actions: which CV version to use, which vacancies to pursue first, or which interview answers to refine.
-
Receive written follow-through
Within two business days we send a concise summary of agreements and next steps. Optional follow-up sessions build on that document rather than starting over.
What we do not do in this process
- We do not submit applications on your behalf without a separate written agreement.
- We do not guarantee interviews or offers.
- We do not rewrite academic or technical CVs for non-office career tracks.
- We do not coach for executive search or board-level appointments.
Keeping the process narrow is how we stay useful for reception, Assistenz, Sachbearbeitung, and similar office roles.
